Built in 1975 by Zane and Sue Rose, Gateway to the Breaks is a quaint roadside motel, 5 minutes form Breaks Interstate Park. This park has some of the most beautiful and breathtaking views of the Appalachian mountains and the "Grand Canyon of the South", the deepest gorge this side of the Mississippi river. BIP offers miles of hiking trails that wind through breathtaking landscapes, including rugged cliffs, roaring rivers, and dense forests.
